Gem Stove and Fireplace Co. proudly serves the Cairo, NY area. Gem was owned by George R. Morrison for 51 years. In August of 2020, George retired and Gem is now under second-generation ownership by his grandson Kyle Morrison and son Thomas Vollweiler. Our business is dedicated to providing prompt, professional service because we believe you deserve nothing less.
Gem was founded after George retired from Central Hudson in 1951. His goal was to provide the best possible products and services to local customers at prices that competitors could not match. We are still going strong and working harder than ever to improve ourselves in every aspect of the business.
